2.    Ordering procedure

3.1       Payment must be effected by credit card or by Direct Deposit using the ordering facility on this website.

3.2       Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax. In all other respects, the price is exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the supply of goods or services.

4.    Cancellation due to error or unavailability

4.1       If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question without deduction.

5.    Delivery

5.1       Delivery of the products will be effected in the manner described on this website. i.e. Items purchased online will (subject to availability) be despatched by Express Post as soon as practicable after receiving your order (and usually within one (1) business days).

5.2       Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5.3       We undertake to comply with the terms of our Shipping Policy in relation to ensuring delivery in a timely matter.

6.    Refunds/replacements

6.1       If an item does not meet your expectations please follow these procedures for your return. Please note - products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Include a note stating purchasers name, address and order number and reason for return. Return item in original shipping carton - under normal circumstances, products cannot be returned opened/used. Send returns to cocomoproducts, 17/65-75 Captain Cook Drive Caringbah, NSW 2229 Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If return is due to error on the part of cocomoproducts, shipping charges will be refunded. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. Refund will be credited to your original credit card account.
